ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail conditions imposed in para no.6 (b) that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai - 600 104, on all working days at Page No.1 of 4

10.30 a.m., until further orders without fail" ordered in Crl.O.P.No.26299 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26299 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai - 600 104, on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
