Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to deposit the condition amount sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.11222 of 2020 in Cr.No.93 of 2020 vide order dated 28.07.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.SARANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) and to execute the sureties, as condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11222 of 2020 dated 28.07.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered with cost and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) and to execute the sureties, as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 5,000/-[Rupees Five thousand only] to the Good Convent Social Service, Society Reg No.55/1959, Corporation Bank, Nungambakkam, Chennai, A/c.No.520101001284955, IFSC.No. CORP0000577. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
