ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners on the alleged police complaint dated 22.12.2021 against the petitioners lodged by Mr.P.D.Anbarasan on the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit based on the complaint given by one P.D.Anbarasan, enquiry was conducted in CSR No.419 of 2021 and the same has been closed on 15.01.2022. He would further submit that the respondents are not harassing the petitioners. 3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondents shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
