O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 30.01.2019. In the representation dated 30.01.2019, the petitioner has requested the first respondent to take action in respect of the unauthorised construction put up by respondent Nos.2 and 3.

2. Mr.V.C.Selvasekaran, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 submitted that the first respondent has already issued notice calling upon respondent Nos.2 and 3 to produce the approved plan and that respondent Nos.2 and 3 have also given an undertaking that they would not proceed with the construction further.

3. The learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submitted that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are putting up construction only after obtaining approved plan from the authorities.

4. Since respondent No.1 is taking action with regard to the alleged unauthorised construction put up by respondent Nos.2 and 3, no further direction need be issued to respondent No.1. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
