ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 420, 468, 471, 452, 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C in Crime No. 34 of 2009, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the matter was taken on file and charge sheet has been filed and it was was numbered as C.C.87 of 2020.
