O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to conduct investigation regarding the information given by the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2020 and to file a final report within a stipulated time frame, or any other order or orders as this Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the above case. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. It is seen from the records that even on an earlier occasion, the petitioner had approached this Court and filed Criminal OP No.27980 of 2019 seeking for transfer of investigation and this Court by an order dated 04.11.2019 directed the Superintendent of Police to transfer the investigation to some other Inspector of Police and the Superintendent of Police was also called upon to monitor the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation. The grievance of the petitioner is that there are certain materials that were submitted by the petitioner through representation dated 11.07.2020, in order to enable the Investigating Officer to take note of the same in the course of investigation and the same was not considered. Hence the present petition has been filed before this Court.

4. This Court, after taking into consideration the facts of this case has already directed the Superintendent of Police to monitor the investigation. Hence the materials submitted by the petitioner shall also be taken into consideration in the course of investigation and the investigation shall be carried out effectively.

5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months. 6.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

7.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
