ORDER

This Criminal Revision petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Special Court for the cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Chennai in Crl MP No.565 of 2020 in Cr.No.06/AC/2020/SIC dated 29.12.2020. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he wants to withdraw this petition and seeks for a liberty to file an appropriate application before the Court below.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

withdrawn. If the petitioner is entitled for filing a fresh application before the Court, it is left open for the petitioner to file the same before the concerned Court.
