Petitions praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to i) Grant an interim direction directing the commissioner for Employees compensation to withhold the amount of Rs.1,75,318.93/- deposited in ECC.No.28 of 2014 in the file of Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Coimbatore, in (CMP NO.4819/2017 IN CMA NO.967/2017), ii) Grant an interim direction directing the commissioner for Employees compensation to withhold the amount of Rs.2,00,936/- deposited in ECC.No.40 of 2015 in the file of Deputy Commissioner of Labour,Coimbatore, in (CMP NO.4820/2017 IN CMA NO.968/2017)and; iii) Grant an interim direction directing the commissioner for Employees Compensation to withhold the amount of Rs.1.09,089.52/- deposited in ECC.No.86 of 2015 in the file of Deputy Commissioner of Labour, coimbatore, in (CMP NO.4821/2017 IN CMA NO.969/2017) respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VIJAYAN Advocate for M/S.KING AND PARTRIDGE, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions the court made the following order:- Inspite of service of notice and the names of the respondents are also having been printed in the cause list, none entered appearance. Hence, interim stay already granted is made absolute. Post the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals for final disposal in the month of August.
