ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to produce the vehicle bearing Registration No.19-Q-0469 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur, Salem District, as per the order passed by him in Crl.M.P.No.2125 of 2019 dated 30.10.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that in pursuance of the aforesaid order, the second respondent has produced the said vehicle in the said Court on 17.02.2020 and the same was remanded in CP.No.13 of 2020. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
