Order (Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Learned Special Government Pleader, based on the proceedings of the Revenue Tahsildar, Tiruvallur, dated 14.04.2026 would submit that during the course of survey, the authorities found that some errors are identified in the revenue records, more specifically, in G-line of FMB. However, no encroachments are identified, but actions are initiated to correct the revenue records.
2. In view of the said position, no consideration is required in the Contempt Petition. Consequently, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
