[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's minor daughter Sandhiya, aged about 16 years, before this Court and to hand over her custody to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the daughter of the petitioner has been secured in Kotturpuram Police Station Crime https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.23 of 201 and she is likely to be produced before the Child Welfare Committee, Chennai today (05.03.2021). 3.Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
