This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2098 of 2022 vide order dated 01.02.2023, the petitioner to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Coimbatore, instead of the respondent police B3, Variety Hall Road Police Station, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is only the bread winner of his family, due to his family livelihood he is unable to comply the condition and the petitioner is ready to report any judicial magistrate. He further submits that he is ready to comply the condition and thereby, he seeks for modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the said condition is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Coimbatore, daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two months and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for another period of two months.
