ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 11.01.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.34 of 2024 passed by the learned Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act Cases, Salem.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem".
