Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to restore the writ petition and set aside the default dismissal order passed by the High Court dated 02.01.2025 in W.P.No.39814 of 2024.

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed seeking restoration of W.P.No.39814 of 2024 by setting aside the order dated 02.01.2025, dismissing the said writ petition for default.

2. Heard Mr.E.Dharmaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The reason stated by the petitioner in support of this petition for restoration is that, the counsel on record was sick on the day when the main writ petition was called, therefore, he could not be present, hence, it was dismissed for default by the order of the Court dated 02.01.2025.

4. Having been satisfied with the said reason, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to list the main writ petition for admission immediately.
