This criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2024 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to competent agency or any other agency.

2.The registration of FIR was only on 12.01.2024 and immediately transfer of investigation is sought for. This Court is not satisfied with the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner and there is no ground to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the 2nd respondent. 3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
