This petition is filed to condone the delay of 479 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.John J. Raja Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.S.Ramesh, learned counsel for respondent 1, who has no objection in condoning the delay.

For respondents 2 and 3, though their names and addresses having been shown in the cause-list, none appears before this Court.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 479 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
