ORDER

Mr.S.John J.Raja Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for R1 to R4 and is armed with instructions to enable a purposeful adjudication of this Writ Petition, even at the stage of admission. No notice is thought necessary to the private respondents, arrayed as R5 to R8, in light of the order proposed to be passed protecting their interests as well.

2. The petitioner seeks a mandamus simplicitor directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Arur/R3 to consider her representation dated 26.12.2023.

3. Mr.John would accede to the position that the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2023 is, indeed, pending before R3 and has no objection to the issuance of mandamus directing disposal of representation dated 26.12.2023.

Hence, mandamus is issued to R3 to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents, arrayed as R5 to R8, hear them and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
