Pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 28.02.2022, the first respondent has passed an order in Na.Ka.No.2800/2021/A3 dated 17.03.2022 disposing the application filed by the petitioner under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (in short 'Act'). This is recorded.

2. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the same by way of first appeal, if so advised.

3. WMP No.6560 of 2022 seeking modification of order dated 28.02.2022 imposing costs is dismissed as the reasons set out therein do not appeal to the Court, especially when seen in the context of the objects of the Act that have been clearly breached in the instant case.

4. Costs as imposed on 28.02.2022 be remitted within a period of one

(1) week from today.
