Crl.M.P.No.2073 of 2023 Crl.M.P.No.2073 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26062 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI.J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 02.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26062 of 2022 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of eight weeks.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners has complied the order only for one day and the charge sheet has also been filed.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
