O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to return the original sale deed dated 26.12.2019 to the petitioner.

2. The original sale deed that was presented by the petitioner for registration to the first respondent was withheld based on the instructions given by the second respondent. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that they have received a communication from the second respondent withdrawing the objections that were given earlier and therefore, the registered document will be handed over to the petitioner.

3. Mr.N.Ramesh, Special Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the second respondent submitted that the second respondent has already sent a communication to the first respondent withdrawing their objections.

4. In view of the specific stand taken by the respondents 1 and 2, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to register the sale deed and return the original sale deed to the petitioner forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
