When the matter was called today, it is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 3 & 4 that the shop in Survey No.26, situated at Thailavaram - Arunthathipuram Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District has been closed, pursuant to the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in regulating the running of Tasmac shops in Highways. 2.In view of the same, the petitioner may not have any further grievance. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connection miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
