This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.32421 of 2022 vide order dated 03.01.2023, the petitioner to report before the Srivilliputhur Police Station, Virudhunagar district, instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner complied with the condition for a period of one week and thereafter, since the wife of the petitioner was admitted for delivery the petitioner could not comply with the condition. Hence, he seeks for modification and the petitioner is ready to report before the respondent police.

3.Considering the said submission, the said condition is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the Srivilliputhur Police Station, Virudhunagar district daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two months and thereafter, as when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain intact.
