ORDER

This Court, by order dated 2.3.2016, passed an order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of interim injunction for a period of two weeks not to

recover any amount. In spite of the above direction, it was stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents have deducted a sum of Rs.3,64,964/-. Therefore, this Court, taking note of the action of the respondents, issued statutory notice.

2. Pursuant thereto, Dr.M.M.Senthamilselvi, Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Tiruchirappalli Region appearing in person submitted that the deduction of Rs.3,64,964/- will be released in a week's time, since it has been made inadvertently.

3. Taking note of the fact that the deduction amount of Rs.3,64,964/- is going to be released, as per the statement made by the Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Tiruchirappalli Region in person, this contempt petition stands closed.
