ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(a) r/w 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No. 315 of 2020 are before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.

This petition has been filed for seeking anticipatory bail for the alleged occurrence took place on 24.04.2020. Though the petitioners claim that they apprehended arrest at the hands of the respondents police, the very fact that for the past two years, they have not been arrested and the apprehension is nil found. 3.
