CHIEF JUSTICE K.S.RAMMOHANDASS S/O K.G.SANKARAN, RES AT NO. 39, 1ST AVENUE, SASTRI NAGAR, ADYAR, CHENNAI -20 Vs M/S.SREE NARAYANA MISSION(REGD REP BY ITS PRESIDENT, A.M.GOPALAN, 2/54, EASWARANKOIL ST, WEST MAMBALAM, CHENNAI -33 On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we find that the present application is not maintainable for the simple reason that the application filed before the Original Side of this Court stands disposed of and now in the same way, similar relief is sought for before the same Division Bench by filing this petition.

2. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application in view of what we have observed aforesaid and states that he will take recourse to the legal remedy available against the order of the learned single Judge dated 11.07.2016.
