Mr.G.K.Muthukumar, Learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the First Respondents.

When it is pointed out by the Learned Special Government Pleaders appearing for the First Respondent that the landshooting spot, in which, the Petitioner seeks permission to run a tea stall belongs to the Department of Forest and that the First Respondent does not have any power to conduct any enquiry in respect of the said land to run business of the Petitioner, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make necessary application before the concerned authority and workout his remedy and he has made an endorsement to that effect. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
