Application No.752 of 2023 has been filed to permit the applicant herein to intervene in the suit (C.S.COMM.21 of 2023) as a party interest in the defendant vessel MT Chemical Arrow.

2.Application No.754 of 2023 has been filed to order payment out of the declared and determine the amount due and payable to the Applicant/ Intervenor at Rs.25,07,335/- (Twenty Five Lakhs Seven Thousand three Hundred and Thirty Five Only) as on 06.02.2023 and direct the owners of the defendant vessel to pay the same.

3.When the case was taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant/ Intervenor submitted that the claims made by him had been settled and a direction may be issued to the Registry to refund the Court fee. 4.Recording the said submission of the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant/ Intervenor, the above applications are dismissed as withdrawn. Registry is directed to refund the Court fee on the applications made by the Applicant/ Intervenor.
