O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 11.12.2009, passed by the I Additional District Munsif, Erode in E.A.No.242 of 2007 in E.P.No.11 of 2005 in O.S.No.542 of 2000. 2.On 01.11.2018, this Court passed the following order : "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 2nd respondent died and therefore, he requires time to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent.

At his request, post on 20.11.2018."

3.Though, adequate time was provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner at his request, for taking steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent, when the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that no steps have been taken to complete the aforesaid exercise. 4.Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as steps not taken. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 22.03.2019 mkn
