ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to harass the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner except by due process of law pursuant to their summons dated 24.3.2016 in File No.INV/DGCEI/MRU/03/2015 of the second respondent.

It is the case of the petitioner that the respondents, in the guise of the summons dated 24.3.2016, are harassing the petitioner.

Mr.A.P. Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the first respondent, submitted that the respondents may be directed to proceed with the matter strictly in accordance with law.

It is made clear that the respondents have no right to harass the petitioner and cause hardship to them. The respondents can only proceed with the matter strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the first respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. It is made clear that the respondents should proceed with the matter only in accordance with law without harassing the petitioner. No costs.
