O R D E R

The wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.1396 of 2020 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore to Family Court, Dharmapuri.

2.The transfer is sought for on the ground that the wife is resident of Dharmapuri and the husband, who is living in United States is represented by his power agent. It is also seen from the papers that the parents of the husband had launched suits against the wife and those suits have been transferred to Sub Court, Dharmapuri by this Court in Tr.CMP.Nos.506 and 508 of 2019 by order dated 05.09.2019.

3.In view of the same, considering the convenience of the wife and taking into account the fact that the husband is a resident of United States, it will be in the interest of both https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the parties to have the proceeding before the Sub Court, where their presence for every hearing is not required. As seen from the order dated 05.09.2019 made in Tr.CMP.Nos.506 and 508 of 2019, the suits between the parents of the husband and the wife are now pending before the Sub Court, Dharmapuri. Hence, HMOP.No.1396 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Coimbatore and transferred to the file of Principal Sub Court, Dharmapuri to be disposed of in accordance with law. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
