O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to present a fresh Power of Attorney document in respect of the two Survey Numbers.279/2A and 279/5A and the Sub Registrar may be directed to register the same. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, the learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents has no objection for giving such liberty to the petitioner.

3.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to submit a fresh Power of Attorney Deed in respect of Survey Numbers.279/2A and 279/5A and the Registrar shall register the same, if the document is otherwise in order. No costs.
