PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the third respondent vide proceeding No. N.K.16107/2008/A3 dated 03.02.2010 which was affirmed by the second respondent dated 28.10.2010 vide Roc.No.Service.3[3]/23791/2010, and also confirmed by the first respondent vide G.O.[D] No.200, Revenue [Service 10(1)] Department, dated 24.06.2013, to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the retirement benefits with notional promotion.
