ORDER

The writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to execute a sale deed in favour of the legal heir of the deceased Kamala @ Kamalammal for Plot No. 186 situated at Makkaram Garden, Kolathur Village, Perumbur, Puraisaivakkam Taluk, Chennai - 600 099, based on the representations dated 04.04.2022 and 18.01.2025.

2. When the matter came up for admission, Mr.S.Karthikeyan, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they will conduct an enquiry with reference to the veracity of the claim of the petitioner and orders will be passed in accordance with law.

In view of, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conduct the enquiry and pass orders with reference to the claim of the petitioner to execute the sale deed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the website uploaded copy of this 2/4

order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order. Needless to state that the petitioner will also be given an opportunity to present all relevant documents, including the legal heirship certificate and any other supporting documents. Notice shall be issued to the legal heirs and orders can be passed accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
