It is brought to notice by Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent that Order in Na. Ka. No. 2813/A2/2022 dated 30.03.2022 has been passed by the Respondent in furtherance to the order dated 02.08.2021 in WP. No. 35074 of 2019 and the copy of the same has been placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. In view of the subsequent events after the filing of this Contempt Petition, nothing remains to be decided in the matter. It is needless to add here that if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
