This writ petition is filed seeking to quash the orders (i) Se.Mu.Order No.AD1/128009/2010 dated 02.12.2013 on the file of the first respondent and (ii) Na.Ka.No.A19/8088/09 dated 27.01.2010 on the filed of the second respondent and quash the same, consequentially direct the respondents to disburse and pay all benefits, by treating the period from the date of his suspension 15.06.2008 till his date of superannuation i.e.,31.07.2012, after deducting the subsistence allowance paid to the petitioner. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even on an earlier occasion there was no representation on behalf of the Page No.2 of 4

petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this case any more and hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Costs made easy.
