ORDER

Earlier, this Court had granted bail to the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.1172 of 2026 vide order dated 21.01.2026, wherein, the relevant Para No.6(b) which reads as follows:- "that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 05.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation."

After complying the above said condition for some period, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking modification of the said condition.

2.I have also gone through the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 1172 of 2026 vide order dated 21.01.2026 and other connected materials. Hence, I am of the view that this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 21.01.2026, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.6(b) which reads thus:- "that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation from the date of receipt of a copy of this order".
