O R D E R

The counsel for the Revision Petitioner present and represents that the first respondent has died on 12.07.2018 and that the minor respondents 2 and 3 are in the custody of the revision petitioner and inasmuch as, the revision petitioner has preferred the Revision Petition challenging the maintenance order in favour of the respondents, according to the revision petitioner, the Revision Petition has become infructuous in view of the aforesaid facts and accordingly prays that the Revision Petition may be dismissed as not pressed. He also undertakes to file a memo to that effect.

2. In the light of the abovesaid factors, the Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as "not pressed". The counsel for the Revision Petitioner is directed to file a memo to the above said facts immediately. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
