This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 & 2, and the learned counsel for the third respondent. 3.It is seen that the petitioner submitted her representation dated 09.01.2018 to the Inspector of Police, 15Velampalayam, Tirupur-3 stating that she was threatened by the third respondent in respect of her land and also to direct the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

third respondent not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said property. In this regard, the learned counsel for the third respondent has submitted that the petitioner herself executed sale deed in favour of the third respondent on 07.08.2013 and the same has been registered as document No.5933 of 2013. Challenging the said sale deed, he has also filed a suit in O.S.No.443 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruppur.

4. It is also seen that for the very same relief he has submitted representation on 09.01.2018 and immediately on 11.01.2018, the present writ petition has been filed. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered and this petition is devoid of merits.
