This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 07.01.2019 in W.P.No.162 of 2019, thereby directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

2. On perusal of the representation dated 08.10.2018 made by the petitioner, revealed that the petitioner requesting not to alter FMB Sketch without issuing any notice to him, since the private respondents herein have applied to the third respondent to alter the measurements in FMB Sketch.
3. Accordingly, the respondent issued notice to the petitioner and counter parties and also measured the properties. Subsequently, the petitioner also sold out the properties and the directions issued by this Court are duly complied with.
