ORDER
The case of the prosecution is that, A1 to A3 selling banned Kerala lottery tickets, for which they collected Rs.4,720/- from various persons. A1 to A3 were arrested and released on bail. Based on the confession made by the arrested accused, the petitioner/A4 herein has been implicated in this case. Hence, the case.
2. This is the third anticipatory bail petition before this Court. The earlier anticipatory bail petition in Crl. O.P. No. 880 of 2025 was dismissed on 20.01.2025 by Hon'ble Mr.Justice A.D.Jagadish Chandira and this anticipatory bail petition is listed before this Court pursuant to the orders passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl. O.P. No. 31787 of 2024 on 04.03.2025.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has eleven previous cases, similar in nature.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is an habitual offender and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain this third anticipatory bail petition.
