This Contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order made in W.P.No.1131 of 2009 dated 04.03.2010.

Cont.P.No.368 of 2013 this Court in W.P. No.1131 of 2009 has been complied with. Further, the Registrar in-Charge of the University of Madras has filed an affidavit showing the details of complying the order of this Court and rendering his unconditional apology for the belated compliance. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also acknowledged the compliance.
