Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's petition, dated 15.02.2013, and pass appropriate orders in terms of Circular 67/2011 passed by the first respondent and to take necessary steps to cancel the bogus documents created by the respondents 3 to 6 in respect of the petitioner's house property comprised in Survey No.36/2A2 of Oragadam Village, Kumaran Nagar, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai.

ORDER
When this matter is taken up for hearing today, none appeared for the petitioner to prosecute.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's petition, dated 15.02.2013, and pass appropriate orders in terms of Circular 67/2011 passed by the first respondent and to take necessary steps to cancel the bogus documents created by the respondents 3 to 6 in respect of the petitioner's house property comprised in Survey No.36/2A2 of Oragadam Village, Kumaran Nagar, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai.
3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the above Circular No.67/2011, dated 03.11.2011, was already withdrawn by an order of the first respondent, dated 09.07.2021.
4. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
