The present Writ Petition is filed for challenging the order rejecting application filed by the petitioner for providing copy of cross-examination of P.W.1 done by the petitioner counsel.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending Writ Petition, the 1st respondent provided copy of the crossexamination of P.W.1, done by the counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
