Company Application No.327 of 2015 in C.P.No.13 of 2000 R.MAHADEVAN, J.

This Company Application is to direct the Official Liquidator to execute the sale deed in favour of the applicants or their nominees.

2. Earlier, this Court, by order dated 30.04.2013, in Company Application No. 75 of 2013 in Company Petition No.130 of 1999 etc., directed the Official Liquidator to execute the sale deed in favour of the bidders or their nominees with respect to plots for which full payment was received.

3. According to the applicants, the following are the highest bidders in the auction held on 21.03.2013 in respect of various plots. The details of the plot number and the payments made by the bidders/purchasers are as follows :- Sl.No.

R.MAHADEVAN,J paa According to the applicants, the above bidders/purchasers have made full payments with respect to the plots they offered to purchase within the time as stipulated by this Court in Company Application No. 568 of 2013, by order dated 17.06.2013.

4. The learned Official Liquidator has no objection for passing an order directing the Official Liquidator to execute the sale deed in favour of the applicants or their nominees.

5. The learned Official Liquidator is directed to execute the sale deed in favour of the applicants/bidders or their nominees with respect to plots for which payment in full has been received within the stipulated period. The bidders or their nominees shall bear the cost for execution and registration of sale deed. These applications are ordered accordingly.
