ORDER

This writ petition was filed for a direction to the respondents to issue the certified copy of the assignment patta issued in the name of one Raman, S/o.Mari, by considering the representation dated 24.08.2024. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the written instructions received from the Tahsildar. It is stated that the certified copy of the assignment patta was served on the petitioner and the acknowledgement for having received the same is also annexed along with the written instructions.
