PRAYER : Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 389 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to suspend the sentence and release the Petitioners on bail pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.98 of 2020 filed against the Judgment passed in S.C.No.71 of 2019 on the file of the Additional District Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri dated 01.02.2020.

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing". 2.At request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this matter is listed today before this Court under the caption "for being mentioned".

In paragraph 9(i) of the earlier order of this Court dated 08.07.2020 it has been mentioned as "the accused is directed to execute his own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri District". In view of the prevailing pandemic situation paragraph 9(i) is hereby modified as "the accused is directed to execute his own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) before the Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison, Vellore".

5. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after carrying out the above said modification. The other contents of the earlier order of this court dated 08.07.2020 shall remain unaltered. A copy of the modified order shall be sent to the Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison, Vellore and not to the Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison, Salem.
