O R D E R

This Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to give police protection to measure the petitioner's property situated in Pochampalli Taluk, Barur Village S.F.No.156.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the earlier application of the Petitioner in W.P.No.24624 of 2021, this Court on 18.11.2021, had directed the Tahsildar to survey and measure the property which was purchased by the Petitioner. He would further submit that in the event of the Tahsildar fixing the date along with the Surveyor, after giving notice to the adjacent land owners and informs the same to Respondents 1 & 2, the Respondent Police will provide adquate police protection. 3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
