Learned Counsel for the Appellants /Petitioners submits that there is delay of 708 days in paying the deficit Court of Rs.750/- in the Appeal in A.S.S.R.No.13253 of 2021. Also, he would submit that the Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree of partition.

2. Registry is directed to call for remarks from the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Villupuram regarding pendency of any final decree petition in O.S.No.112 of 2015.

3. The remarks of the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Villupuram shall reach this Court by 30.01.2025.

4. The delay of 708 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.750/- in A.S.S.R.No.13253 of 2021 is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order. 1/3
