(CRIME NO. 3189/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to furnish sureties before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi as directed by this Hon'ble Court by order dated 19.01.2021 made in Crl.OP.No.36 of 2021, since the petitioner was unable to furnish sureties due Paddy Harvesting and continuous rainfall, the petitioner was unable to comply the conditions, and to pas any further appropriate order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.PALANIVEL, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 19.01.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.36 of 2021.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
