ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.Prabhakar states that already laws are in place and it is not that nobody is taking any action. He further states that the Government will be too happy to receive advice from petitioner or the counsel representing petitioner as to how these things could be better implemented.
2. Mr.Prabhakar states that if petitioner or his advocate wishes to meet respondent No.4, Director and Member Secretary of the Tamil Nadu Animal Welfare Board, he will only be happy to arrange a meeting so that some constructive action can be taken.
